PARTIR EN MOBILITE ERASMUS
Conditions d'éligibilité
- Etudiants des filières IDE, ressortissants de tous pays inscrits à l’IFSI de NANTERRE
- Stage de 60 jours minimum (1 mois = 30 jours)
- Le stage doit être valorisé par des ECTS
- Lieu de stage : établissement hospitalier ou extrahospitalier
- Avoir une carte européenne d’assurance maladie en cours de validité pendant tout le séjour
- Etendre l’assurance responsabilité civile dans le cadre des stages à l’étranger
Sélection des étudiants
- Durant le semestre 1, les étudiants sont informés de la possibilité de réaliser une mobilité au cours des semestres 4 et 5
- Un temps de présentation et d’échanges avec les collègues de retour d’une mobilité Erasmus est organisé afin que ces derniers présentent leurs expériences
- Lorsque l’étudiant souhaite s’engager dans une mobilité, il doit adresser un dossier comprenant une lettre de motivation argumentée, une présentation synthétique de la formation infirmière et du système de santé du pays choisi et la remettre au référent Erasmus
- L’équipe pédagogique étudie la candidature (parcours de stage de l’étudiant, comportement et attitude générale dans la formation)

La mobilité Erasmus dure 60 jours minimum (1 mois = 30 jours)
Bourse Erasmus
La bourse Erasmus+ permet de financer partiellement les frais pour un stage. Tous les étudiants de l'IFSI de NANTERRE remplissant les critères mentionnés dans les conditions sont éligibles à la bourse Erasmus+. Cependant le montant dépend de la destination.

- Allocations spécifiques Erasmus + pour les personnes en situation de handicap
La démocratisation du programme Erasmus+ est un des objectifs du programme pour la période 2021-2027. Erasmus+ vise en effet à promouvoir l’équité et l’inclusion. Ainsi la Commission européenne et les pays participants aux programmes ont souhaité soutenir la mobilité des personnes en situation de handicap, quel qu’il soit (mental, physique, sensoriel ou autre).
Le programme Erasmus+ prévoit un financement spécifique pour couvrir les frais engendrés par la mobilité à l’étranger pour les participants au programme en situation de handicap.

Soutien linguistique
1) Le programme Erasmus+ aide les étudiants qui réalisent un stage Erasmus+ à développer leurs compétences linguistiques via des cours de langue en ligne.
Les 2 tests de langue OLS en ligne sont à faire avant et après le stage afin d’évaluer l’évolution de votre niveau de langue. Ils sont obligatoires. Des mails d’invitation sont générés automatiquement par la plateforme (bien vérifier les spams).

2) L'université de rattachement de l'IFSI de Nanterre, L'Université de Paris, propose des cours de langue aux étudiants en mobilité entrante

Mobilté sortante du personnel
L'IFSI de Nanterre encourage la mobilité du personnel à des fins de formation ou d'enseignement
Mobilté entrante des étudiants et des personnels
Tout étudiant ou personnel en sciences infirmières appartenant à une université ayant une charte Erasmus a la possibilité de faire une mobilité dite entrante à l'IFSI de Nanterre.
Les étudiants sont sélectionnés par leur université d'origine. Les conditions sont celles établies par le programme ERASMUS.
Ils viennent pour une période de 2 à 6 mois pour un stage clinique et/ou suivre des cours au sein de l'IFSI de Nanterre.
GOING ON ERASMUS MOBILITY
Conditions of eligibility
- State graduate nursing students, nationals of all countries registered at Nanterre Nursing Training Institute
- Minimum 60-day internship (1 month = 30 days)
- The internship must be valued by ECTS
- Place of internship: hospital or extra-hospital establishment
- Have a valid European health insurance card during the entire stay
- Extend liability insurance as part of internships abroad
Selection of students
- During semester 1, students are informed of the possibility of carrying out a mobility during semesters 4 and 5
- A time for presentation and discussion with colleagues returning from Erasmus mobility is organized so that they can present their experiences
- When the student wishes to engage in mobility, he must send a file including a reasoned motivation letter, a summary presentation of the nursing training and the health system of the chosen country and submit it to the Erasmus referent

Erasmus Scolarchip
The Erasmus + scholarship allows you to partially finance the costs of an internship. All Nanterre Nursing Training Institute students who meet the criteria mentioned in the conditions are eligible for the Erasmus + scolarship. However the amount depends on the destination.

- Specific Erasmus + allowances for people with disabilities
The democratization of the Erasmus + program is one of the objectives of the program for the period 2021-2027. Erasmus + aims to promote equity and inclusion. Thus, the European Commission and the countries participating in the programs wished to support the mobility of people with disabilities, whatever it is (mental, physical, sensory or other).
The Erasmus + program provides specific funding to cover the costs of mobility abroad for program participants with disabilities.

Linguistic support
1) The Erasmus + program helps students on an Erasmus + internship to develop their language skills through online language courses.
The 2 online OLS language tests are to be done before and after the course in order to assess the development of your language level. They are obligatory. Invitation emails are automatically generated by the platform (check for spam).

Nanterre Nursing Training Institute encourages staff mobility for training or teaching purposes
Incoming mobility of students and staff
Any student or nursing staff belonging to a university having an Erasmus charter has the possibility of making an incoming mobility at Nanterre Nursing Training Institute.
Students are selected by their home university. The conditions are those established by the ERASMUS program.
They come for a period of 2 to 6 months for a clinical internship and / or to follow courses within the Nanterre Nursing Training Institute.
Mobilités en 2022-2023
Projet ERASMUS en Belgique
2 étudiantes de 3ème année ont effectué le dernier stage de la formation à Mons en lien avec notre partenaire. Elles y ont séjourné 1 mois de Juin à Juillet 2022 au centre de cette ville universitaire.
Les étudiantes ont pu découvrir la prise en charge des patients en Belgique et se familiariser avec la vie et culture Belge. Un parcours de stage leur a été proposé entre URGENCES / service médecine (cancérologie, cardiologie). Une nouvelle découverte sur le monde infirmier ainsi que ses exigences en matière de connaissances médicales et de techniques de soins. Les étudiantes sont revenues enrichies de cette expérience. Ceci a permis de motiver une des étudiantes à poursuivre son parcours avec un DU en soins d’urgences à Bruxelles.
ERASMUS project in Belgium
2 third year students did the last internship of the course in Mons in connection with our partner. They stayed there for 1 month from June to July 2022 in the centre of this university town.
The students were able to discover the care of patients in Belgium and become familiar with Belgian life and culture. A training course was proposed to them between EMERGENCY / medicine department (oncology, cardiology). A new discovery of the nursing world and its requirements in terms of medical knowledge and care techniques. The students came back with a wealth of experience and encounters. This has motivated one of the students to continue her course with a DU in emergency care in Brussels.
